Allah Rabbiul Aalameen ne Aurtoun ko zameen mai paida farmaya or unhe bahut sare huqooq bhi aata kiye . Lekin afssos yeh bhi hai ki aaj bahut si behene aisi bhi hai jinhe aaj tak unhe unke Huqooq ka Ilm nahi. Jab bhi Muslimah kisi non muslimah ko dekhte hai to unhr dekhkar khayal aata hai ki...hum bhi kyu inki tarah azad nahi.. hum bhi kyu inki tarah modern nahi...humme kyu Islam ne parde mai qaid kar diya hai...hamara koi wajood nahi... hum mardoun par kyu nirbhar hain...or woh apne deen se bhatak rahi hai . Yeh isliye kyunki unhe unke huqooq pata hi nahi. In sha AllAH abb hum un huqooq ko janenge. Islam mai 1450 saal pehle jitne huqooq aurtoun ko aata kiye utne huqooq kisi bhi mazhab ya kisi bhi civilisation ne nahi diye or woh us waqt jitne modern the aaj bhi utne hi modern hai.
Islam mei aaurtoun ke huqooq ko janane se pehle hum jahaliyat ke daur mai aourtoun ke halat ko jaante hai . Jahaliyat ke daur mai aourat mardoun ke liye ek saman ki tarah hi thi jisse woh apni khawishaat pure kar sake. Us waqt ladkui ka paida hona itna manhoos mana jata ki uske paida hote hi use zinda dafan ksr diya jata tha. Aaourtoun ka wirasat mai koi haq nahi tha . Unki khareed or faroqht hoti. Agar kisi shaqks ke 2 ya usse jyada biwiyaan hoti to uske faut hone ke baad uske bete un biwiyoun ko samaan kiu tarah aapas mei takseem kar lete. Bewa aourat ko uske shohar ke sath jala diya jata tha. Zina aam tha. Aouratoun ko koi haq nahi tha ki woh apne mutabiq apni zindagi guzare... Lekin...ISLAM ke aane ke baad aourtoun ko woh izzat woh shaan or woh huqooq mie jiski woh haqdaar thi or hai or hamesha rahegi. ISLAM mei aurtoun ko 6 tarah ke huqooq ata kiye 1) Deeni huqooq 2) aarthik huqooq 3)samaaji huqooq 4) taleemi huqooq 5)kanooni huqooq 6) siyasi huqooq
1)... DEENI HUQOOQ surah nisa ayat no. 124 mei Allah Taala farmate hai ki jo nek kaam kare chahe mard ho ya aurat woh imaan wala ho to woh jannat mei daakhil hoga or uske upar zarra barabar bhi zulm nahi kiya jayega. Dekhiye kitni pyari aayat hai. Is Ayat mei Allah taala farmate hai ki jo bhi imaan lakar nek amal karega to woh jannat mai jayega or kisi ke bhi amal zaya nahi honge . Allah ke liye amal ke aitebaar se mard or aourat dono barabaar hai. Aisa bilkul bhi nahi hai ki Allah ke nazdeek mard ka oouncha maqam or aourat ka nichla.Balke jannat dono ke liye baraabar hai. Dona bhi amal ke aitebaar se hi jannat mai jayenge. Allah Ta'ala ne tauheed , namaz , roza , zakat or hajj dono mard or aourat dono par farz kiye hai... Quran mai jaha kahin bhui aata hai ,"Aye imaan waloun jo imaan lae ho..." se muraad dono mard or aourat hai... Quran mai jahan kahin bhi huqum aaya hai , woh huqoom dono mard or aourat ke liye hai.

MA ' ASHI HUQOOQ Islam mai baaligh aourat apne liye property khareed sakti hai sell kar sakti hai, wo jo chahe kar sakti hai , yeh property uski milkiyat hai SHE CAN DO WHATEVER SHE WANTS WITH WHAT SHE OWNS. Yahan ek sawal jo mashre ke zehan mai hamesha aata hai kya ek muslimaah job kar sakti hai...to iska jawab hai...HAAN. Ek muslim aaurat job kar sakti Buisness bhi kar sakti hai. Our agar wo chahe to apni kamai kharck kar sakti hai , jama kar sakti hai ghar par kharch kar sakti hai ya nahi bhi kar sakti, jo chahe woh kar sakti hai. Lekin uske niqah se pehle uski zimmedari uske walid par hogi or phir niqah ke baad uske shohar par hogi chahe wo uske shohar se bhi jyada kamati ho... Iska sabse behtareen example hai Hazrat Khadija R.Anha woh ek qamyaab buisness woman thi phir bhi unki har ek zarooriyat ko hamare pyare nabi Aap s.a.w. poora karte the. Isi tarah niqah ke mauqe par unhe meher diya jataa hai. Jis par sirf or sirf unka haq hai. Surah Nisa ayat no. 4 mei Allah Ta`ala farmate hai ,`` or do unko unke meher khushi se phir agar khushi se de tumhare liye koi cheez us mei se to khao usko khushmaza or khushgawar bankar. Iske mayne hai, ``aurtoun ko unke meher khushi khushi do koi dhikhawa mat karo or na hi ehsaan jatao. Meher unki mikiyat hai woh usse jo chahe woh kar sakti hai. Uska shohar us meher ke baare mei usse koi sawal nahi kar sakta. Haa agar aurat apni khud ki khushi se kuch dena chahe to woh uski marzi. Agar aurat ke walid ya shohar ya beta inteqaal kar jate hai to unke virasat mei woh bhi waris zaroor hogi. Surah Nisa ayat no. 7 mei Allah Ta`ala farmate hai`` Mardoun ke liye hai ek hissa usmei se jo chod jae unke walidein ya rishtedaar aur auratoun ke liye hai ek hissa usmei se jo chod jae unke waledein ya rishtedaar usme se jo kam ho ya jyada ho ek hissa hai muqarrar kiya hua. Allah Ta`ala farmate hai wirasat mein dono aurat or mard ko hissa milega chahe wo wirasat koi choti se cheez hi kyu na ho ya koi badi. 3... SAMAJII HUQOOQ Samaji huqooq mei 3 huqooq aate hai 1) Beti ke huqooq 2) Wife ke huqooq 3) Maa ke huqooq Sabse pehle :- BETI Sabse pehle haq jo ek beti ko islam ne diya woh hai uske paida hone ka haq. RIGHT TO BIRTH...RIGHT TO LIVE... Duare jihaliyat mei beti ke paida hote hi use maar diya ja ya zinda dafan kar diya jata. Lekin Islam ne bete or beti ki paidaish mei koi farq nahi kiya balki beti ki paidaish ko afzaal maana hai. Abu Dawood ki hadith hai , Hazrat Ibne Abbas R.Anhu se riwayat hai Aap s.a.w. ne farmaya jiske ghar ladki janme phir woh use zinda dafan na kare na usko zalil samjhe aur na ladke ko uspar ehmiyat de to Allah Ta`ala usko jannat mei dakhil karega. Tarmizi ki hadith hai Aap s.a.w ne farmaya jo shaqs apni betiyoun ki pyar wa mohabbat se parvarish karega to woh betiyaan unke liye jahannum se aad ban jayengei...SUBHAAN ALLAH. BETIYAAN SABKE MUQADDAR MAI KAHS HOTI HAI... GHAR JINKA ALLAH KO PASAND AAYE WAHAN HOTI HAI Ab beti ke baad ek aurat ka dusra stage hota hai WIFE ka... aaein phir ek biwi ke kya kya huqooq hai islam mei dekhte hai ... sabse pehle hoqooq hai Meher. Aap s.a.w. ne farmaya niqah ki shart yane meher adaa karne ka sabse jyada khayal rakho. Yeh shohar par farz hai ki woh apni biwi ka meher ada kare . Islam mei biwi ko mohsina bhi kaha jiska mayna hai neki ki taraf bulane wali... isliye kyu ke niqah ke wajeh se insaan bht sare gunaah se bach jata hai. issi tarah niqaah ke baad uski har choti se choti zimmedari uske shohar par hoti hai. or niqaah mai islam ne use yeh bhi haq diya hai ki bagair uske razamandi ke niqaah nahi ho sakta. agar ussse nahi pasand hai to won niqaah se inkar bhi kar sakti hai. Bukhari ki rivayat hai ki ek dafa Aap s.a.w se ek aurat ne kaha ki mere walid ne mera niqaah aise aadmi se kar diya jo mujhe pasand nahi tha to Aap s.a.w ne use kaha mai tera niqaah abhi tod deta hu to us aurat ne kaha ki abb woh mujhe pasand aane laga hai to Aap s.a.w ne farmaya niqaah continue karo. To iss hadith se pata chalta hai ki bagair aaurat ke razamandi ke niqaah nahi ho sakta sath hi sath mai humme yeh bhi yaad rakhna hai ki bina wali yani bina baap ke izzazat ke bhi niqaah nahi ho sakta. Usi tarah mardoun ko bhi Allah Ta`ala surah Nisa ayat no. 19 mei huqum dete hai ki ,`` aurtoun ke sath acha sulool karo unke sath achi zindagi guzaro ho sakta hain tumhe unme kuch pasand na aae lekin yeh bhi ho sakta hai bahut sari khoobiyaan ho unmei. Allah Ta`ala surah Baqrah mei farmate hai ,` tum unke liye libaas ho woh tumhare liye libaas hai. jiska mayne hai jis tarah libas badan ko dhanp deta hai usi tarah husband wife ek dusre ki khamiyoun ko dhanp dete hai Abb 3rd stage hai MAA ka... Islam mei aaurat ko Maa hone kr nate bhi bahut sare huqooq diye hai . Allah or uske Rasool ke baad kisi ka maqaam hai to woh hai pehle Maa ka phir baap ka. Aap s.a.w. ne farmaya Jannat maa ke kadmaoun ke niche hai... jiska matlab hai jisne Maa ki khidmat ki usne jannat pa li... Bukhari ki rivayat hai ki ek shakqs aap s.a.w. ke paas aakar pucha mujhpar kiska haq jyada hai mere maa ya baap mei se to aap s.a.w. ne farmaya teri walidah ka phir usne pucha uske baad aap s.a.w. ne farmaya teri walidah ka Us shaqks ne phir se pucha to Aap s.a.w. ne phir se wahi jawab diya teri walidah ka. Phir se jab usne 4th time pucha tab aap ne farmaaya tere walid ka. To isse se malum hua ki maa ke teen(3) darje buland kar diya hai. Gold medal goes to mother Silver medal goes to mother Bronze medal also goes to mother Islam ne Maa ke darje to 3 times buland kar diya hai... 4...TALEEMI HUQOOQ Allah ta`ala Quran mei farmate hai ``Padh apne rabb ke naam se jisne paida kiya`` Yeh quran ka sabse pehla huqum hai jo sirf mard ko hi nahi balki auratoun ko bhi Ilm hasil karne ke liye kehta hai.. Ibne Majha ki hadith...Ilm hasil karna har musalmaan mard or aurat par farz hai...yahaa har musalman se murad dono mard or aurat hai.
5...KANOONI HUQOOQ
Islamic kanoon ke hisaab se mard or aurat dono barabaar hai or Islamic kanoon mard or aurat dono ki izzat, jaan or maal ki barabaar hifajat karte hai.
Dono aurat or mard ko unke amal ke mutabik ajr milega or usi tarah bure kaamoun ka bhi ajr dono ke liye unke amal ke mutabik hi hoga
Ajr bhi barabar hoga or saza bhi barabaar hi hogi.
Surah Baqrah mai aaya hai ayat no. 175 mei Allah Ta`ala farmate hai ki Qatl ke mamle mei qisas ka huqum diya gaya hai azad ke badle azad , gulam ke badle gulam , or aurat ke badle aurat ke qatl ka huqum aata hai
Surah Mayda ayat no. 38 Allah Ta`ala farmate hai chor mard ho ya aurat dono ke haath kaat diye jayenge yeh saza hai uski jo woh karte hai
Surah Noor ayat no. 2 Allah Ta`ala farmate hai jo mard zina kare jo aurat zina kare 2no ko 100 kode maro.
Yeh nahi kaha Aurat hai to jyada maro Mard ho to kam maro...Dono ko barabar saza Islamic kanoon aurat ki bhi utni hi hifazat karta hai...Surah Noor Ayat no. 4 mai Allah ta`ala farmate hai jo log Mohsina pakizah aurat par ilzaam laga dein to unhe 4 gawah lane hai or agar wo na la pae to unhe 80 kode lagane hai or baad mai koi bhi kabhi bhi unki gawahi qubool nahi ki jayegi
Nikah aurat ke liye Civil contract hai... aurat agar khush nahi hai hai to woh nikah tod bhi sakti hai .Allah ta`ala ne aurat ko khulla lene ke liye pura ikhtiyaar diya hai... magar bina wajeh khulla lene par bhi bahut bada gunah hai ...Aap S.a.w. ne farmaya, `` jo aurat bina wajeh khulla legi wo jannat mei kabhi nahi dakhil hogi.``
Isi tarah talak ke baad, shohar ke inteqaal ke baad usne phir se nikah ka bhi pura haq Islam ne diya hai.
6...POLITICAL RIGHTS
Surah Tauba ayat no. 71 mei Allah ta`ala farmate hai Momin mard or aurat dost hai aapas mai ek dusre ko achai ka huqum dete hai or burai se rok sakte hai
Islam mei auratoun ko apni baat rakhne ka or koi baat par raye dene ka bhi haq hai...
Allah Ta`ala farmate hai , ``aye nabi jab tumhare paas muslmaan aaurtein aati hai bait dene ke liye to aap qubool kiya karo.
in short Auratoun ko apna opinion rakhne ka apna vote dene ka haq islam ne diya hai.
And islam mei aurtoun ko law making ka bhi poora haq hai...
Islam mei auratoun ko bahut sare huqooq diye or in huqooq ko woh sahi fayda uthaye or islam ne auratoun ko jo bhi jimmedaariyaan di hai unhe poori karein or Allah ka shukr ada kare .
